All products are custom made and cannot be returned for a refund or credit. We cannot stop production or change an order once it is in production. If there is a grammatical error on our part, we will replace the item or clip at no additional charge.

* Free shipping. US mail is not a guaranteed service and does not have the ability to be tracked.

* Free shipping is only for the United States, Alaska and Hawaii addresses.

* The charges for re-delivery of any shipment will be billed to the customers's credit card.

These prices are shipping estimates only. Prices may vary on orders outside of the continental U.S., unusual orders, heavy or large orders. We will contact you if your shipping cost does not match the estimate. Southwest Stamp is not responsible for shipping issues such as delivery, loss or delay but will make every attempt to work out whatever the situation. Do not attempt documentation fraud here! All illegal orders will be processed, charged and turned over to the proper authorities for review and action. No refunds will be issued once an order is processed.
